Currently, all sessions are virtual via Zoom. You’ll receive your own personalized link after the initial consultation. The Wholistic Plan for Wellness will be emailed to you following the consultation and your Custom Herbal Blend will be mailed via USPS to your shipping address.
What is hypnotherapy?
Simply put, hypnotherapy is using a mind-body form of hypnosis used to improve one’s wellness. Guided imagery and relaxation, focused attention, and an increased state of awareness to improve physical, physiological, emotional, and spiritual experiences.
Is hypnotherapy safe?
Hypnotherapy is extremely safe. Rule number 1: all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You will only experience what you allow yourself to. Hypnotherapist guides you, but ultimately, your mind is doing the work.
