Join the family at our 2nd Annual Awakening the Roots Herbal Medicine Retreat, hosted and facilitated by Jen West of Plant Mama Alchemy. A long weekend of reconnecting with land, community, rituals, and medicine making to unlock the real medicine in you! We are excited to bring an off-grid vibe to Sugarloaf Mountain where we'll commune with nature, learn basic foraging, while experiencing the presence of spirit.

Healing is inevitable when our hearts and intentions are fixed on the transformative ways of nature. The stillness, the message, the rhythm, it holds the very messages we need to create space for the best version of us to thrive in wholeness.
