Here, I teach and formulate herbal medicine for Black folks as a healing way. We are so deserving of safe spaces dedicated to our wellness. Plant Mama Seedlings Kids Wellness Experience

Reconnecting Families & Children through Nutrition, Gardening, & Mindfulness
In 2018, Plant Mama Seedlings (formerly The Whole Kids Wellness Organization) began a relationship with Baltimore City Public Schools via Curtis Bay Elementary as a weekly summer camp interactive nutrition class. That one summer has transformed into  curriculum extension workshops and now a community garden with a club for the children to learn how to grow, cultivate, and enjoy nutritious food!
Now, it's time to bring Plant Mama Seedlings to your school or community! Children and families deserve to experience all of the ways of wellness through opportunities to connect with real food in real time. Take a look at our offerings below! 

Nutrition FUNdamentals


This 1 hour workshop offers hands-on interactive food preparation. Children will prepare plant-powered meals and snacks while learning about the ways taste influence our preference for food. Smoothies, sushi, and pizza are just some of the recipes children will explore while also building basic kitchen skills. At the end of each workshop recipe cards and take home ingredients are packed for at home-extension and exploration! 

  

Camp Seedlings

Bring Camp Seedlings to your Summer Camp! We'll offer up to 8 weeks of weekly Nutrition FUNdamentals for your camp, including outdoor camp-style recipes, learning about surrounding plants, interactive nutrition preparations, and an introduction to herbalism. Children will get to take home plant seedlings, preparations, recipes, and more!

Get Started

Step 1: Email Customer Service with your order number(s) and intent to recycle.

Step 2: Receive a FREE SHIPPING LABEL. (You pay nada!) Return the bottles in the packaging and box you received them in, don't worry, we'll sanitize them! All you have to do is rinse them with hot water after use

Be sure to cover the old label with the new label. Drop at your nearest USPS and we'll do the rest. 

Step 3: Upon receipt here at Plant Mama Alchemy, we'll issue a unique discount code to redeem at checkout. Remember, only 1 coupon code can be redeemed at at time.

A quick note, all packaging is recyclable or compostable! Packing peanuts dissolve in water almost instantly! Your boxes, bottles, and bubble wrap can be taken to your nearest recycling center.
