What type of payments are accepted online?

We currently accept PayPal and we accept all forms of credit and debit card payments through ShopifyPay. 

Do you offer flexible payment options?

We are working to offer flexible payment options at a later date. 




I just placed an order; how long will it take to ship?

Orders are shipped chronologically, in the order of which they are received. It can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to be received by USPS (The United States Postal Service).


How will I know when my order is shipped?

Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, you will receive a text or email with a tracking number for your convenience.


What does it mean when it says, “THIS PRODUCT IS FOR PRE-ORDERING ONLY”?

A product labeled as a pre-order means the product is not readily available to ship and may take up to 14 business days to be processed. A pre-order product typically lists the Ship By date in the description to avoid confusion when ordering.


Why does it take so long for custom orders to ship?

Custom orders have a 5-28 business day turnaround due to the 1-on-1 consultation and specific plan of treatment. An herbal tea blend will typically ship in 5 business days from consultation. A tincture will ship in 14-28 business days due to the cultivating process.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Do not fret! If you order arrives damaged, immediately email customerservice@plantmamaalchemy.com; include a written description of your damage and photos. A representative from our team will be more than happy to accommodate you. You’ll likely receive a replacement item.


My package was stolen, what do I do next?

All packages are shipped using tracking provided by USPS.  If your package shows delivered but was not received by you, please contact USPS with your tracking number. Also, send customerservice@plantmamaalchemy.com an email within 24 hours with your Order# to discuss option. Typically, Plant Mama Alchemy, LLC is not responsible for stolen packages.


My package is missing items, what do I do next?

In the event you are missing items from your package, email customerservice@plantmamaalchemy.com with your Order#, we'll be happy to replace those items for you.
